We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Finance manager to join our team in Mozambique. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain financing, with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
Job Description :
- Responsible for timely month-end closing in the books.
- Possess good knowledge of supply chain financing.
- Prepare the MIS on time and conduct variance analysis.
- Review books and transactions promptly.
- Ensure receivables, payables, and bank reconciliations are up to date.
- Prepare monthly financial statements as per IGAAP / INDAS, along with schedules.
- Collaborate with internal and statutory auditors to close audits on time.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, FEMA, etc.
- Prepare budgets and conduct variance analysis.
- Prepare reports for investors and management.
- Develop and implement SOPs, process notes, and policies.
- Support fund raising and due diligence activities.
- Prepare cash flow statements and manage the company's working capital.
