The Role

You will be responsible for :

Collaboration with Referring physicians and clinics
Collaboration with Corporate health partners and insurance companies
Collaboration with Government agencies and NGOs
Represent our Company at conferences, exhibitions, and health outreach programs.
Drive outbound patient volumes through corporate, insurance, or international referrals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities (e.g., specialty services, satellite clinics, telehealth).
Develop business plans and growth strategies aligned with hospital goals.
Analyze market trends, patient demographics, and competitor activity
Coordinate with Indian team and patients for successful conversion

Ideal Profile

Builds rapport with Doctor, Hospital and international patients.

Prioritizes patient pain points and tailors solutions accordingly

You are a strong networker & relationship builder

You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

Good English and Portuguese language translation

Healthcare services background or Education related to General health
