Position : Store Supervisor

Location : East Africa

Experience : 5+ years of experience in retail industry

Qualification : Graduate

JD :

• Supervise day-to-day store activities, ensuring smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for stock replenishment.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Handle cash management, including cash register reconciliation and bank deposits.
• ead, mentor, and motivate store employees to meet performance targets.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Schedule shifts and allocate duties to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Ensure that all employees provide excellent customer service.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements where necessary.
• Assist in achieving and exceeding store sales targets.
• Execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, health, safety, and security regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory, cash handling, and other store operations.
