The successful Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for :

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition status
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications
  • Manage and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Provide accurate revenue and sales forecasts to the management team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition status

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Sales Manager should have :

  • A degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Prior experience in the FMCG sector
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • The candidate must reside in Mozambique
