The successful Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for :
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition status
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications
- Manage and lead a high-performing sales team
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Provide accurate revenue and sales forecasts to the management team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition status

A successful Commercial Sales Manager should have :
