A well established company is currently recruiting for a Administrative Assistant in Mozambique
Minimum Requirements :
- Knowledge of Heavy Earthmoving Equipment.
- Experience working in a cross-border or international environment
- Fluency in Portuguese (non-negotiable).
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to the team, including cross-border coordination.Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events.Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as requiredApplicants who meet the criteria are invited to submit their CV to [email protected] please use relevant reference number (MAN : L3VY3478)
