A dynamic and execution-driven Country Manager is sought to lead and grow the Mozambique operation of a regional business in the agricultural / FMCG sector. This hands-on leader will be responsible for aligning all business functions to drive profitability, operational excellence, and sustained growth, while ensuring compliance and fostering a values-based leadership culture. Minimum requirements :
- Bachelors in Business, Commerce, Agriculture, or related
- MBA or Postgrad qualification preferred
- 8+ years in senior leadership (FMCG / agriculture ideal)
- Full P&L responsibility with EBITDA delivery track record
- Proven experience managing multifunctional teams in a matrix structure
- MS Office, ERP / BI tools (essential)
