The HR Expat Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all HR, immigration, and expatriate support functions at the Mozambique construction site. This role ensures compliance with local labor and immigration laws, supports expatriate and local staff, and acts as a key liaison between site operations and corporate HR.
