Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, Project Manager / Team Leader fluent in English and Portuguese, to manage an international project for the implementation of an e-Government solution for the public sector in Mozambique. This position requires physical presence at our client’s premises in Maputo, Mozambique.
What You'll Do :
- Coordinate project operations;
- Train the client’s nodal users on the software solution;
- Deliver train-the-trainer training;
- Quality assurance on the Portuguese versions of documentation;
- Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and tracks activities against the plan, provide regular and accurate reports;
- You may need to travel outside within the country to provide.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications :
Academic engineering degree holder, preferably Computer Science specialization.At least 7 years of professional experience;At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager / Team Leader in the implementation of IT systems;Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project), standards and methodologies (e.g. PM2, PMI, PRINCE2, Project Scheduling, Strategic Planning, Forecasting, Performance Tracking);Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Excellent command of the Portuguese and English languages.Nice-to-Have Qualifications :
