ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Support daily finance operations, including processing supplier invoices, reviewing supporting documents, and assisting with monthly close activities.

Prepare and submit tax schedules (VAT, IRPS, INSS) under supervision.

Assist with bank reconciliations, petty-cash reconciliation, and follow-up of outstanding items.

Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor communication and resolving discrepancies.

Maintain proper filing and organization of financial documentation (physical and digital).

Assist with ticket creation, interaction with suppliers, and resolution of basic operational queries.

Provide administrative and finance support to the wider country team whenever required.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Good communication skills and willingness to interact with suppliers and internal teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office tools.

High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Willingness to learn and grow within the finance function.

Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM, and Alternate Saturdays, 7 : 30 AM – 11 : 30 AM The Company reserves the right to withdraw from the recruitment process at any time, at its sole discretion.
