P&O Maritime Mozambique . is currently seeking to recruit a Procurement Intern, based in Maputo City, who will support administrative, operational, financial, and procurement activities, while developing practical skills in a professional environment.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to support the Procurement department, while gaining hands-on experience and developing practical skills in a dynamic and professional environment.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM ACTIVITIES

• Assist the Procurement team in better organizing physical processes and submitting documents for payment.
• Help manage internal files and documents.
• Learn and support the department’s logistical and operational activities.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
• Organize physical and digital documents and files.
• Learn and assist in preparing reports and performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in process improvement and quality control projects.
• Assist in price quotations from suppliers.
• Monitor orders and delivery deadlines.
• Learn how to control inventory and support material logistics.
• Organize contracts and purchasing documents.
• Support process improvement and compliance projects.
